It's that time of year again! Time to embrace the cooler weather in a cozy environment. Back by popular demand, Igloo Experiences are now available to reserve! Enjoy the lake and occasional snowfall while inside our heated igloos.

Igloos accommodate a minimum of two guests and up to 6 guests each. 

Enjoy your favorite items from the full Watermark bar and grille menu. Our igloos have a non-refundable rental fee of $30 and a food & beverage minimum of  $35 per person. An 18% service charge will be added to your final bill.

When making an Igloo reservation choose an "experience" for igloos.

Terms & Conditions 

 

 IGLOO RESERVATIONS  

  • Private Igloo bookings are for a maximum of 6 guests and minimum of two. Reservation must reflect the size of your group total. Children must be added to your group total.

  • All bookings must be made online.

  • Our bookings do not require a deposit; however, the card will be charged for any last-minute cancellations or damages incurred. 

  • An email booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, upon completion of the reservation.

  • Each reservation requires a credit card.

  • Balloons and decorations are not permitted inside the igloos. 

  • For same day reservations, please call the restaurant for availability 586-777-3677. 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM

  •  A  $35.00 per person food and beverage minimum is required for all guests.

           No minimum for children

IGLOO PAYMENT

  • Igloo's will require a $30.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

  • The full Watermark bar and grille menu is available.

  • A 18% service charge will be added to your final bill.

 

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelation or changes in party size. If you would like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking, please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation but we will do our best!

  • If notice is not received within the stated time period, we reserve the right to charge the minimum spending amount agreed upon. 

  • If you are simply running late for your reservation, please let us know. Letting us know does not mean that we can extend your reservation time. 

  • Watermark bar and grille reserves the right to cancel guest bookings at any time for any of the following reasons:

    • If the guest is in breach or default of their obligations under this agreement.

    • If Watermark is unable to carry out its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (for example extreme weather, refurbishment or emergency)

 

 ARRIVAL AND TIMINGS

  • Please note that your table is booked from the time your booking begins, not your arrival time. Parties arriving late will nevertheless need to adhere to the above booking times.

  • We operate a timed booking system to help us maintain a high standard of dining experience for all of our guests. Timing is reserved for sanitizing after each set of guests.

  • Any requests for extensions to your booking time will need to be discussed and confirmed with the Management Team. This does not guarantee extended time. 

  • Reservation times will be strictly adhered to. We want to be courteous to others that have made reservations. 

  • If notice is not received in time, and guests do not arrive within 20 minutes of their reservation, we reserve the right to charge the card given to secure the booking

  • This fee will be processed no more than 24 hours after the original scheduled book

  

PETS

  • The private igloos are not pet friendly.

 

CHILDREN

  • Children are welcome however we ask that they remain seated while inside the igloo.

  • Crayons, balloons, markers etc. are not permitted in the igloos.

 

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

  • Our main restaurant, banquet and bar area fully accessible to wheelchair users. However, due to the narrow entry and constricted space of the igloos, unfortunately we do not have access.

 

SANITATION

  • After each reservation the igloo is sanitized according to the CDC guidelines.

 

DAMAGES

  • After each reservation each igloo is thoroughly inspected. If any damages are incurred during your visit you will be contacted immediately. 

  • The name and credit card provided for the reservation may be charged if there are damages.
